1. Service Description

Two Wheel Events ("TWE," "we," "us," or "our") operates a motorcycle event discovery and membership platform at www.twowheelevents.com. Our platform allows users to browse motorcycle events, RSVP to rides, and purchase paid memberships that unlock discounts and benefits at partner venues.

We offer three paid membership tiers: Monthly Member ($10/month), Yearly Member ($100/year), and Lifetime Member ($500 one-time payment). Members may also purchase add-ons including the Physical Member Kit ($49) and Extra Guest Passes ($12 each). A free Community (Free Rider) tier provides limited access to platform features.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password, or by authenticating through Google OAuth. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will maintain only one account per person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

3. Memberships and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:

• Monthly and Yearly memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Lifetime membership is a one-time payment and does not recur.
• Membership benefits activate immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with notice.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Our full refund policy is available at /legal/refund. In summary, you may cancel your Monthly or Yearly membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but your membership benefits continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

5. Event RSVPs and Attendance

RSVPs to events listed on our platform are free of charge and subject to event capacity. Members with paid memberships receive priority placement on waitlists and early booking windows. Guest passes allow members to bring additional attendees to events.

Events listed on Two Wheel Events are motorcycle-related and inherently involve risk. You acknowledge that participation in any event is at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any guests you invite.

6. User Conduct

By using the platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent activity, including misrepresenting your identity or membership status.
• Share, transfer, or sell your membership credentials to any other person.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform or its data.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, event organizers, or partner venue staff.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Two Wheel Events serves as a platform for event discovery and membership benefits. We are not responsible for the safety, quality, or conduct of any event, venue, or third-party service listed on or connected to our platform. Partner venue discounts and benefits are provided by the venues themselves and are subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount you have paid to Two Wheel Events in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Two Wheel Events platform -- including text, graphics, logos, and software -- are owned by Two Wheel Events or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

By submitting content to the platform (such as profile information or event feedback), you grant Two Wheel Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
