Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 1, 2026 · Last Updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Two Wheel Events ("TWE," "we," "us," or "our"), a Las Vegas, Nevada-based operation, and govern your access to and use of the website at www.twowheelevents.com and the related services we provide (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully. They include important provisions regarding the assumption of risk for in-person motorcycle events, disclaimers of warranty, a limitation of liability, and the governing law and venue for disputes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or add-on, RSVPing to an event, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

When you purchase a membership or add-on through our checkout, our payment processor also requires you to affirmatively consent to these Terms before completing payment. That consent is in addition to, and does not replace, your acceptance under this Section.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law. The Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password, or by authenticating through Google (Google OAuth). Authentication and session management are provided through our infrastructure provider, Supabase. By creating an account, you represent and agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain only one account per person.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You will notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used in a manner that harms the Platform, other users, or our partners.

4. Description of the Service

Two Wheel Events is a motorcycle event discovery and membership platform. The Platform allows you to browse motorcycle events and rides, RSVP to events (subject to capacity), purchase paid memberships and add-ons, and access discounts and benefits offered by participating partner venues. Specific features, benefits, and availability may change over time as we develop the Platform.

We offer a free Community tier (Free Rider) at no cost, which provides limited access to Platform features. We also offer the following paid options:

  • Monthly Member — $10.00 per month, a recurring subscription that includes a 24-hour early booking window, member-only events, partner discount access, one guest pass per month, waitlist priority, and a digital member ID and badge.
  • Yearly Member — $100.00 per year, a recurring subscription that includes all Monthly benefits plus a Physical Member Kit, two to four signature rides per year, enhanced partner perks, and Ride Library Pro access.
  • Lifetime Member — $500.00 one-time, a single payment that does not recur and includes all Yearly benefits plus founding member status, the highest waitlist priority, two guest passes per month, and an annual founder meetup. Lifetime members may be listed on our public Founders Roll with a partially redacted email address.

Members may also purchase one-time add-ons, including the Physical Member Kit ($49.00) and an Extra Guest Pass ($12.00). Certain add-ons require an active membership at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Memberships, Billing, and Payments

All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Card details are entered and handled directly by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number or security code. By purchasing a membership or add-on, you agree to the following:

  • Recurring subscriptions. Monthly and Yearly memberships are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
  • One-time purchases. Lifetime membership, the Physical Member Kit, and Extra Guest Passes are one-time charges and do not recur.
  • Activation. Membership benefits activate upon successful confirmation of payment.
  • Price changes. We may change prices and fees from time to time. Changes to recurring subscription pricing will apply to billing periods that begin after we provide notice.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your membership may be marked past due and benefits may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, you may cancel a Monthly or Yearly membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing while benefits continue through the end of the current paid period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time. The Refund Policy controls in the event of any conflict with this Section regarding refunds.

6. Event RSVPs, Guest Passes, and Partner Discounts

RSVPs to events listed on the Platform are free and subject to event capacity. Paid members may receive priority placement on waitlists and access to early booking windows. Guest passes allow members to extend an RSVP to additional attendees, subject to the credits available in your guest-pass wallet for the applicable month.

Partner venue discounts and benefits are offered and fulfilled solely by the participating partner venues, not by TWE. Such offers are subject to each venue’s own terms, availability, and discretion, and may change or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, or honoring of any partner offer and are not responsible for any dispute between you and a partner venue.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent activity, including misrepresenting your identity or membership status.
  • Share, transfer, or sell your account, membership, or any benefit or credential to another person.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Platform or its data, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm other users, event organizers, or partner venue staff.
  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or any related systems.
  • Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. User-Generated Content and Media

The Platform may allow you to submit or upload content, including profile information (such as your bio, motorcycle details, and social handles), profile photos and avatars, event gallery photos, and other materials you choose to provide ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant TWE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

Please be aware that certain content is, by design, publicly accessible. For example, profile photos and avatars are stored at publicly accessible URLs, and Lifetime members may be listed on the public Founders Roll. Do not upload anything you do not wish to be publicly viewable. We may remove, refuse, or disable access to any User Content at our discretion, including content we believe violates these Terms.

Photography and likeness. Motorcycle events and rides may be photographed or recorded. Where an event includes a photography notice, by registering for or attending that event you acknowledge that photos or recordings may be taken and consent to their use by TWE and event organizers for documentation and promotional purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Assumption of Risk; Release for In-Person Events and Rides

Motorcycling and participation in motorcycle events, group rides, and related activities are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury, property damage, or death. Events and rides listed on the Platform are real, in-person activities that you choose to attend at your own risk.

By registering for or attending any event or ride, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with that activity, whether known or unknown, including risks arising from road and weather conditions, the conduct of other participants and third parties, mechanical failure, and your own actions. You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of any guests you invite, for operating your motorcycle lawfully and competently, for wearing appropriate protective gear, and for maintaining valid licensing, registration, and insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and agree not to sue TWE and its operators, agents, partners, and event organizers from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and damages arising out of or related to your participation in any event or ride, including those arising from ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to liability that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law. Where an event presents a separate waiver or assumption-of-risk acknowledgment, you agree to honor its terms in addition to this Section.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party service providers to function, including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (application hosting), Google (optional OAuth sign-in), Sentry (error monitoring), and map and image providers used to display content. Your use of features that depend on these services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services, and links to or integrations with third-party services do not imply our endorsement.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software, but excluding User Content — are owned by Two Wheel Events or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimers of Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TWE disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that event information, partner offers, or other content will be accurate or reliable. TWE is a discovery and membership platform and is not an organizer, operator, or guarantor of any event, ride, or venue.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TWE and its operators, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or your participation in any event or ride, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of TWE for all claims arising out of or related to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to TWE in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TWE and its operators, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, your participation in any event or ride, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Modification and Termination

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and may notify you using the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the Platform at any time; cancellation of paid memberships is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses, assumption of risk and release, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute that is not subject to an applicable individual arbitration or small-claims process will be the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You and TWE agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court for qualifying disputes.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TWE regarding the Platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
