Before You Join
What happens right after I join?
Your membership activates as soon as the payment clears — usually within seconds. You get a digital member ID with a QR proof page immediately, and a confirmation email follows.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
Self-serve, any time. Monthly and yearly members get a Manage Billing button on this page that opens the Stripe billing portal — update your card, switch plans, or cancel there. No emails, no phone calls.
How do venues verify my membership?
Show the QR code on your proof page at the counter. Staff scan it and see a live yes/no verification — no app install needed on either side.
How do guest passes work?
Paid tiers include guest RSVP credits each month (one on Monthly and Yearly, two on Lifetime). Bring a friend to any ride; your wallet on this page tracks what's left, and you can buy extra passes as add-ons.
What's in the Physical Member Kit?
A laser-etched member card plus a sticker and patch/keytag bundle, with pickup or shipping. It's included with the Yearly tier and available to anyone else as a $49 add-on.
What is the Venue Passport?
A check-in log of the partner venues you've visited as a member — each verified scan at a venue stamps your passport on the site.
