Liability Waiver & Release
Effective Date: April 4, 2026 · Last Updated: April 4, 2026
1. Acceptance at Signup
This Liability Waiver & Release (the "Waiver") applies to your use of Two Wheel Events ("TWE," "we," "us") and your participation in rides, events, and gatherings organized or promoted through the platform. You accept this Waiver once, when you create your account. Accepting it is a condition of using TWE.
This is a contractual acknowledgment. It applies in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law. Where the law grants you a right this Waiver cannot lawfully waive, the law controls.
2. Assumption of Risk
Motorcycle and bicycle riding, group rides, and motorsport-adjacent events involve inherent and significant risks, including the risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, property damage, and death. These risks arise from your own actions and the actions of others, road and weather conditions, mechanical failure, and the negligence of other participants. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, when you participate.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Two Wheel Events, its founders, organizers, volunteers, partner venues, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in any ride or event, including those caused by ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Legal operation: You hold a valid license for any vehicle you operate and carry the insurance required by law.
- Safety gear: You wear appropriate protective gear and ride a mechanically sound vehicle.
- Lawful conduct: You obey all traffic laws and ride within your own ability. TWE rides are not races.
- Fitness to ride: You are physically able to participate and are not impaired by alcohol, drugs, or fatigue.
5. Photography & Likeness
Event organizers may capture photos and video at rides and events. By participating, you grant TWE permission to use your likeness in non-commercial recap and promotional material. Specific events may present a separate photography notice; see our Terms of Service for details.
6. Governing Law
This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Nothing in this Waiver limits any non-waivable rights you may have under Nevada or other applicable U.S. law.
